Did not have a good experience. Told me if I could wait for him on a particular day, he will clean my windows for an agreed upon price. So I did. He said he would come at 9am, so I stayed back to wait for him before going to work. Had to leave for work because he showed up at 10.30am. Then he told me I had more windows than he realized. So he increased the rate by 43%. Who does business like this?? Claimed I did not tell him the number of windows. All he asked was my address. Wasted my time waiting for Roman!! Update- I did not specify the price nor the no of windows. Roman came up with the price of $140. When he arrived, he changed it to $200.!!

Roman was quick to answer the phone/texts for very first appointment when was a brand new customer and then not good when made my second appointment. Did not show up and I kept calling and texting with no answer. Finally get a text where I was advised that they had a problem with their truck and could come like 2 hours later. Did not trust they would show up and could not wait for them all day so ended up booking with another company last minute which turned out great. Roman never seems to ever answer the phone or respond to texts in a timely manner. Yes service was provided! I hired you guys when I first moved into my new home! I was a customer!
