I’ve never been to such a massive mall before! With over 800 stores, it’s not just a shopping destination—it’s an entire experience. The mall features an indoor amusement park, an ice skating rink, an arcade, and even a full water park. There’s also a small marine show that adds to the fun. What really stood out to me is how versatile and family-friendly the place is. There are tons of activities for kids, making it a great spot for families. And when it comes to food, the variety is impressive—there’s something for every taste. The mall is so huge that a few hours just wasn’t enough to explore everything, but I really enjoyed the lively atmosphere and friendly people. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area—it’s definitely worth the trip!

This is the largest shopping mall in Canada — truly massive! It has all kinds of brands, from luxury to affordable. The food court is great with lots of tasty options. It’s always busy and full of energy. There’s so much more than shopping: a pool, artificial lake, amusement park, mini golf, cinema, ice skating, and more. Perfect place for entertainment and family fun. If you’re visiting, definitely set aside a full day to explore!

It's said to be the largest mall in North America and I had to see it. I wasn't able to quite cover the entire mall as the main purpose of my visit was to shop. And boy, every turn has me glued in for more than an hour. Elevators and escalators well positioned, #wheelchair accessibility all and around l. Plus, lots of fun things to do. Like ice skating, ice hockey, indoor pool, fun kid rides and many more

This place is wild. It’s not just a mall—it’s a mini city with something for everyone. I came in to “look around” and left 6 hours later with sore legs, a full stomach, and about 12 new stories to tell. They’ve got a waterpark, a theme park, a skating rink, an aquarium, a pirate ship (yes, seriously), and oh yeah—some stores too. Shopping feels like an afterthought here, which is saying a lot considering the hundreds of shops. Food court? More like food empire. From fast food to sit-down spots, you won’t go hungry. Parking is massive but can be chaotic on weekends. If you get lost, don’t worry—you probably will—just embrace it. Perfect for families, tourists, or anyone who’s ever said, “I wish malls had roller coasters.”

A One-Stop Destination for Everything You Need (and More!) West Edmonton Mall is honestly like a world of its own. It has everything you could possibly ask for…..shopping, dining, entertainment, and even doggy daycare centers, which I thought was absolutely adorable. The range of stores is super diverse, from luxury names like Louis Vuitton to more everyday spots like H&M and Urban Planet. What really stood out to me was how much there is to do. There’s an ice hockey rink, a mini race car track, a small amusement park, and even a full waterpark with wave pools. You can go ice-skating, see marine life at their aquarium, and erm… I even spotted a seal chilling in the middle of the mall, which felt a little unorthodox, but definitely amusing!😅 There are several food courts scattered throughout, each with tons of variety and different vibes. Whether you’re craving fast food or something more unique, there’s something for everyone. If I had kids, this would 100% be a go-to for a fun day out. The only thing to keep in mind is how massive the mall is—it takes time to explore, but that’s part of the adventure. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!

Biggest shopping mall I've ever been to! It's a combination of a theme park and a mall; there are so many surprises down each corridor. For example, you'll walk in one side, pass some stores, and then see a massive ship! Or you'll come across a full-size ice rink, or a waterpark! There is so much to do and see. The waterpark is incredible. There is a giant wave pool and can fit hundreds of people. The slides start so high up, so if you're looking for a thrill, you're sure to find it here! And the best part, the water is warm all year long. If you're looking for a particular store, it's bound to be here! There is such a wide selection of all types of products. Around the mall there is also ample parking, and there are washrooms available throughout the complex. West Edmonton Mall is 100% worth a visit!

I visited West Edmonton Mall and was honestly surprised by how amazing it is. Coming from Toronto, I didn’t expect a mall in Edmonton to be this impressive, but it really exceeded my expectations. The mall is very clean, well-maintained, and has great infrastructure. It’s more than just a shopping place—it has an amusement park, waterpark, skating rink, and lots of food and shopping options. A great experience overall, and definitely worth visiting!
