The conversion of oil fired furnace and water heater to Heat pump and electric water heater for a fully ducted system through Green Pump Energy has been exemplary. The installation crew were all red seal professionals, who were extremely knowledgeable, polite and tidy in their work. They kept me updated through the installation (about 6hrs start to finish). The office based team arranged everything from start to finish, including arranging the Energy Checks for loan and grant approvals. Been a great experience from start to finish from the entire team. I highly recommend them for your future heat pump installations.

My old ETS units had cost me a fortune and they are now not that efficiency wise anymore. Green Pump Energy's sales person knocked at my door and talked with me about rebated home renovation. I found this is a fascinating idea of home efficiency upgrading. And we started right away with the help of the sales persons from Green Pump Energy. In this process, we came across quite a few issues both in rebate application and in installation. They helped us solved these problems with great patience and professionalism. We changed our plans several times, they never complained. And they sent their technicians a few times to help us revise our plans. Finally the heat pumps were installed with our satisfaction. Will definitely recommend Green Pump Energy.
