So my 92 year old mother relied on this company to do a good job and be honest and this is what she got!! This company charged her $2,000 + an additional $350.00 when they came back to "Check what was wrong with the unit" and didn't fix anything!!! They installed a WINDOW unit that they installed in the wall instead of giving her the correct wall unit, they gave her the information/directions and left. There is insulation missing all around the sides so who knows now how she will be in the winter with cold air able to come through! they added a huge cover in the back OVER the old one so now the air conditioner runs non stop because it doesn't get enough air flow! What a SCAM and very disappointing that a company would take advantage of the elderly! all this and they charged her $2,350.00 WOW unbelievable and sad!

They responded in a timely manner and helped us find the best available solution to meet our needs. Furthermore, the technicians that they sent for the installation of our new unit, Dallas and Randy, were extremely professional, helpful, friendly and went over and above to make sure that we knew how to work our new thermostat. Every single person we dealt with was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The initial technician who diagnosed our system set a great tone, and the comfort advisor who came out to give us the quote was fantastic—clear, honest, and helpful. When it came time for the actual installation, the crew did a phenomenal job. A special shout-out to Ryan, who was outstanding, as well as the rest of the installation team whose names I didn't catch, but who worked just as hard. It is rare to find a company where every single employee you interact with is top-notch. They arrived on time, kept everything clean, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the new system before they left.
