We typically use high-quality professional-grade paint (Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams equivalent). If you prefer Sherwin-Williams specifically, that’s no problem—we can price it accordingly based on the final product selection. Regarding baseboards, we can remove and reinstall them to accommodate the new flooring. This would be considered additional work and I can provide a separate price for that once I review the layout. Since the unit is currently unfurnished, the scope looks straightforward, but I would still recommend a quick walkthrough (or detailed photos/video) to confirm final pricing and avoid any surprises.
